How to log a new case
  1. Log in to the help portal. If you do not already have a help portal user login , please register by clicking Sign up for an account.
  2. Raise your case by clicking one of the following four options:
    • Ask For Help
    • Report a Bug
    • Request a new feature
    • Suggest an improvement

NOTE: Please include URL links, steps to reproduce the issue and any additional information which will enable us to come back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.

How to view submitted cases
  1. Log in to the help portal.
  2. Click on the Requests button in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select My requests.
  4. You can use the filters to search for open or closed requests as well as requests submitted by yourself or other members of your team where you are a participant. You can also search by request type.
