Adding Item Price Categories

You can quickly add further price categories to an itinerary Item via the +Add function under the cogwheel.

How to add further price categories to an itinerary Item

  1. On the itinerary specific overview screen click Costings on the left hand side of the screen and the costings overview screen will appear:cogwheel-item
  2. Open the action menu by clicking the cogwheel button to the left hand side of the relevant Item.
  3. Select +Add and the following popup screen will appear:
  4. Select the Price Category (or Room Type for accommodation Items).
  5. Select the relevant Board Basis.
  6. Click Save.

How to add custom itinerary Items

The +Add Custom function allows you to add custom lines to an itinerary Item such as a refund or custom discount.

  1. On the itinerary specific overview screen click Costings on the left hand side of the screen and the costings overview screen will appear:cogwheel-item
  2. Open the action menu by clicking the cogwheel to the left hand side of the relevant Item.
  3. Select +Add Custom from the drop down menu and the following popup screen will appear:cogwheel-add-custom
  4. Select the Custom Type from the drop down menu. You can learn more on creating new custom types in the Custom Types article under App Settings.
  5. Enter a New Custom Line Name.
  6. Select the Custom Type Unit of Measure from the drop down menu.
  7. Once you have entered all relevant details click Save.
