How to add Items to a confirmed Itinerary

A confirmed Itinerary is still considered to be unconfirmed when no sales invoices have been created, or if the sales invoices are still at draft stage. Items can therefore be added in the same way as for unconfirmed Itineraries. Learn more in the Adding Items To An Itinerary article.

Once a sales invoice has been posted for a confirmed Itinerary, the costings will be locked for editing. You can re-enable editing of the costings by crediting the sales invoice. You can learn how to credit a sales invoice in the Crediting Sales Invoices article.
