Editing Itinerary Specific Content Before Publishing

How to edit Itinerary content before publishing

  1. Log into Kaptio Travel and select Kaptio Travel Sales from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. Click the Itineraries tab at the top of your screen.
  3. From the list of itineraries select the relevant itinerary you wish to edit and the itinerary specific overview screen will appear:
  4. Click Content on the left-hand side of your screen. If you have already created content, you can find this in the list view. Click Customer Preview next to the relevant content and go straight to point seven.
  5. To create new content, follow the instructions in the Creating Itinerary Content article.
  6. Once you have entered all relevant details and clicked Save, the Itinerary content preview will appear as follows:content edit
  7. Click Edit at the bottom of your screen and the content editor screen will appear:Content editor
  8. Scroll to the relevant content component.
  9. To add or edit text components, follow the instructions in the Template Text article.
  10. To delete a component, follow the instructions in the Deleting Components From A Template article.
  11. To add or edit content or media from the content library, follow the instructions in the Adding Content From The Content Library article. NOTE: Any amendments made to the content library will not automatically be updated in your templates or in any existing Itinerary content. You need to update these manually.
  12. Once you have edited all relevant details click Preview at the top of your screen to preview the updated itinerary content.
  13. When you are happy with the updated itinerary content, click Save.
  14. Then click Close and the Itinerary specific content overview screen will appear.
