How to Grant Login Access to Kaptio for Assistance

Sometimes a Kaptio user may need to provide access to their account to Kaptio support. They may need this to help troubleshoot any issues the user might be facing by logging in to the user account and investigating the cause. This helps the support agents resolve customer cases promptly.

Grant Login Access Instructions

Depending on your Organization, the “Setup” button will be beside your name at the top right of the page or listed as a drop-down option when you click on your name.

  1. Choose one of the following
    – Click on Setup | My Personal Information | Grant Login Access.
    – Click on Your Name | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access
  2. Set the access expiration date for “Kaptio Support” (Recommend to set to 1 month).
  3. Click Save.
